Get ready for an exciting week! The Graduation Ceremony Week is just around the corner, and here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store. Mark your calendars and join us for a week of reconnecting, celebrating, and making new memories!
Schedule:
Monday, September 9th:
Arrival Day: We’ll reserve accommodations for students and graduates. Professors and guests, please handle your own bookings.
Tuesday, September 10th:
9:30 AM - General EU4M Meeting:
EU4M Consortium Meeting
Tour of HKA Labs
6:00 PM - Alumni Club Meeting + Networking:
Wednesday, September 11th:
Cultural Excursion: Explore and enjoy!
EU4M Meeting: Catch up with EU4M happenings.
Thursday, September 12th:
Morning: Additional meetings.
3:00 PM - Speed Presentations of Master's Theses: See the latest and greatest from our graduates!
Graduation Ceremony, Gala Dinner, and Party: Celebrate the big day in style!
Friday, September 13th:
Goodbye Meeting: A final get-together to wrap up the week (time TBD).
