Interview: Prof. Larisa Krainova (ISPU)

1) What do you like most about EU4M?

It is great that the EU4M students have the opportunity to study at universities in different countries, which have their own traditions and history, methods and forms of teaching in the field of engineering. Besides, the EU4M are lucky to get to know European and nonEuropean countries by being completely absorbed in their cultural and social variety.

2) Where do you like to celebrate the EU4M graduation ceremony and why?

I think the graduation ceremony itself is of great importance and interest. Just to have this splendid opportunity to catch up sharing impressions, ideas and plans is a real pleasure. And, no doubt, each EU4M ceremony held so far has been perfectly organized.

3) Where will you travel first when the COVID pandemic is over?

As soon as the Covid pandemic is over, I am about to go to a beautiful country that has a great wealth of culture and history where I can have a nice time with my nears and dears to unwind and get rejuvenated after all the anxieties we have to overcome now.

4) What do you think the EU4M community is still missing?

All of us have experienced a lack of live communication, face-to-face meetings in the last two years. The pandemic, unfortunately, has significantly changed the way we work, but distant communication does not bring the satisfaction that we all can experience while socializing in person.
